(Oral) Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that since during pendency of the writ petition, petitioner has been dismissed from service and the said dismissal order is under challenge at the hands of the petitioner by way of separate writ petition, present writ petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such. Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that let the present writ petition be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous, but liberty may be granted to the petitioner to get the writ petition revived, if necessity arises.
Ordered accordingly.
