   **** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to complete the investigation and present final report/challan in FIR No.51 dated 04.06.2019 under Sections 306, 34 IPC at Police Station Ghali Khurd, Ferozepur.

At the outset, learned State counsel submits that post completion of the investigation, a cancellation report was presented before the Court concerned, but the same was rejected and returned to the Police concerned and that, now, the re-investigation is going on and undertakes that he will make best endeavour to get the same concluded, at the earliest, as per law.

In view of the above, no further orders are called for. Disposed of.
