The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India are seeking directions to the official respondents to extend benefit of step up of pay in terms of letter dated 22.08.2019 (Annexure P-7) and order dated 17.09.2020 (Annexure P-10) passed by respondents pursuant to order dated 19.06.2020 (Annexure P-9) passed by this Court.

Learned State counsel, who on advance notice is present in Court, fairly submits that the petition may be disposed of in the light of directions issued by this Court vide order dated 19.06.2020 (Annexure P-9) in CWP No.8290 of 2020, Sukhwinder Singh and Others v.
