Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to the respondents to take action against the officials and to entrust the inquiry on the complaints dated 03.01.2019 (Annexure P2) made to respondent No.3-Inspector General of Police, Rohtak Division, Rohtak to Central Bureau of Investigation or some independent agency and to investigate the case FIR No. 878 dated 30.12.2018, registered under Sections 25 & 54 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Bahadurgarh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that grievance of the petitioner will be redressed if action is taken on the complaint/representation dated 03.01.2019 (Annexure P2) made to respondent No.3-Inspector General of Police, Rohtak Division, Rohtak.
