***** ARUN MONGA, J (ORAL) Learned State counsel has tendered an office order dated 08.03.2022 in course of hearing, which is taken on record and marked as Annexure 'A'. Perusal of the same reveals that claim of the petitioner has been accepted during pendency of the writ proceedings as he has been offered appointment on the post in question. Therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, petition is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to revive proceedings in case appointment has not been offered.
