Sessions Judge, Hisar whereby charges under Section 302, 506, 323 IPC and Section 27 of Arms Act have been framed against the petitioner.

Having argued for some time, learned counsel for petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all his pleas at the time of arguments.
