(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 to 4 for registration of criminal case under Sections 406 and 420 IPC against respondents No.5 to 7 as they have allegedly cheated and defrauded the petitioner on the false pretext of getting him reinstated in job.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the purpose would be achieved in case respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur, is directed to look into the representation of the petitioner dated 17.12.2018 (Annexure P-4).

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur, to look into the representation of the petitioner dated 17.12.2018 (Annexure P-4) and do the needful, if required.
