(ORAL) The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant benefit of 3rd ACP and pending amount of gratuity along with interest. The petitioner had retired on 28.02.2019 and for the aforesaid entitlement, the petitioner has already served a legal notice dated 01.11.2022 upon the respondent No.2 and 3 but till date no action has been taken by the Competent Authority. Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Ms. Palika Monga, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
