This appeal has been filed by appellants Gurpreet Singh alias Gopi and Balwinder Singh.

As per order dated 22.07.2015, passed by this Court, appellant Balwinder Singh has already died and proceedings in this appeal qua appellant Balwinder Singh stand abated. As regarding, appellant Gurpreet Singh alias Gopi, learned State counsel has filed the report containing statements of Sarpanch and other members panchayat Daburji, Kapurthala. As per this report, appellant Gurpreet Singh alias Gopi has already died in the accident. Copy of death certificate as well as copy of FIR have also been annexed with the report.

In view of these facts, it is evident that appellant Gurpreet Singh alias Gopi has already died, therefore, proceedings in this appeal qua appellant Gurpreet Singh alias Gopi also stand abated. Now nothing remains in this appeal. Disposed of accordingly.
