(Oral) Petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia for issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus, for release of detenue - Kanika Aggarwal, daughter of respondents No.4 & 5, who is stated to be illegally and forcibly kept by private respondents against her wishes.

After having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, no ground is made out to grant the relief, which is being sought in the instant petition.

Petition stands dismissed.
