Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 & 2 to get the investigation conducted of case FIR No. 306 dated 28.11.2018, registered under Sections 452, 323, 324, 326, 307, 342 & 120-B IPC read with Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Division No. 6, Jalandhar from some independent investigating agency or through some senior IPS officer as son of the petitioner, namely Dalbir Singh alias Beera is being falsely implicated in the case and police is trying to take action against him because of political connection of the complainant party. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made representation dated 02.01.2019 (Annexure P2) to respondent No.2Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar Commissioinerate, Jalandhar, but the same remained unattended till now.

Criminal Misc. No. M-4446 of 2019 Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar Commissionerate, Jalandhar, is directed to look into the representation dated 02.01.2019 (Annexure P2) and take required action, if any, as per law.
