On 11.02.2021, the following order was passed:- "The respondent's wife has sought the transfer of petition i.e. HMA-251/2020 titled as "Gurpal Singh v. Amandeep Kaur" pending in the court of Additional District Judge, Rupnagar, District Rupnagar to the Family Court at Samrala, District Ludhiana.
It is pleaded that two petitions filed by the petitioner i.e. petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. and a complaint under Section 9-B and Section 37(2)(c) of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, are already pending at Samrala. The petitioner further contends that she is not earning.

Liberty is granted to serve the respondent through his counsel in the trial Court".
No reply to the petition has been filed by the respondent. The assertions made in the application remain uncontroverted. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The case titled "Gurpal Singh v. Amandeep Kaur", pending in the Court of Additional District Judge, Rupnagar, District Rupnagar, Punjab, is ordered to be transferred to the Family Court at Samrala, District Ludhiana, Punjab. The transferor Court is requested to remit the file of the aforesaid case to the transferee Court forthwith.
