Appellant-Bikram Singh, has preferred the present appeal against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 16.07.2005 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Amritsar, whereby the appellant was convicted and sentenced as under:

Appeal was admitted as far back as on 29.07.2005. As per the office note, a copy of the order dated 17.11.2022 was forwarded to the office of the Commissioner of Police concerned, and notice was also RASHMI 2026.07.03 10:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CRA-S-1266-SB-2005(O&M) issued to the appellant. The said notice has been received back with the report that the appellant has already expired. The death certificate dated 06.07.2020 also confirms that the appellant died on 18.02.2020. 3.
