The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 19.12.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-21351-2024.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that petitioner has preferred Letters Patent Appeal against the order dated 19.12.2025 passed in CWP-21351-2024 by filing LPA-445-2026, which is pending adjudication. 3.

In view of the above, the present contempt petition is dismissed. Liberty is, however, granted to the petitioner to avail the remedy as is available to him, in accordance with law, after the decision of LPA-4452026. 4.
