Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that pursuant to the order dated 31.01.2020, the petitioner had joined investigation and no recovery is to be effected from him. He further states that though there were two other cases registered against him, however, he has been acquitted in those cases.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from PSI Manish Kumar, states that the petitioner has since joined investigation and no further recovery is to be effected from him and that he is no longer required for further investigation.
