HARPREET SINGH BRAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, is for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to take appropriate legal action in FIR No.92 dated 07.09.2024, registered under Sections 115(2), 117(1), 126(2), 351(2) and 190 of BNS, 2023 (wrongly mentioned as BNSS) at Police Station Division No.3, Jalandhar, District Jalandhar.

Learned State counsel, at the very outset, submits that the jurisdictional police authorities are taking vigorous steps to conclude the investigation and 02 persons have already been arrested and the jurisdictional police authorities will bring the investigation to its logical conclusion and the grievance raised by the petitioner in the present petition has been substantially redressed.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of, at this stage.
