This is a civil revision petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying for setting aside the order dated 18.01.2023 passed by Civil Judge, Junior Division, Gurugram.

Learned counsel for respondents No.3 to 14 has submitted that after impleadment of respondents No.3 to 14 by virtue of impugned order dated 18.01.2023, since there was no stay of proceedings, the entire evidence has been led and the case is now fixed for rebuttal evidence and arguments for 19.01.2026, and thus, the case before the trial Court is at the fag end. 3.

It is made clear that it will be open to both the parties to raise all the pleas which are available to them, and the trial Court would decide the case independent of the observations made in the impugned order. 6.
