RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. petitioner has prayed for grant of interim bail in case FIR No.520 dated 18.05.2016 registered under Sections 148, 149, 302, 323, 324, 506, 201, 120-B IPC, Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 and Section 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 pertaining to Police Station City Karnal, District Karnal, to attend the marriage of his sister.

Learned State counsel, producing the report of ASI Kuldeep Singh duly forwarded by SHO, Police Station City Karnal, verifies the factum of marriage of sister of the petitioner scheduled to be performed on 05.02.2019.

Heard.

Considering overall facts and circumstances, petitioner is ordered to be released on interim bail for one week from the date of his RAVINDER SINGH 2019.02.04 18:16 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
