AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) The present revision petition has been filed in January 2019 against the impugned order dated 09.08.2018 passed by the Maintenance Tribunal-cum-Sub Divisonal Magistrate in the application filed under Section 5 and 23 of Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Act, 2007. The appeal can be preferred within a period of 60 days from from the date of the order or by an explanation of delay. In view of alternative remedy, present revision petition is not maintainable. At this stage, Mr. Dadwal, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present revision petition with liberty to file the appeal.
