(Oral) This petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents/department to provide Annual Performance Assessment Report (APARs) of the petitioner for sessions 2016-17 and 2017-18.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a representation before respondent no.2 for redressal of her grievance.

Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, submits that in case any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously.
