Learned State counsel, on instructions from Sub Inspector Kuljeet Kaur, has pointed out that earlier an identical complaint was given by the petitioner on 01.07.2022 which, after investigation, was consigned on 05.12.2022. Thereafter, the present complaint has been given on 12.12.2022 and the said complaint also stands consigned on 30.03.2023. Learned counsel would further contend that all these facts have been concealed in the present petition.

Faced with the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
