**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking issuance of direction to respondents to allow him to join against the posts of Assistant Professor/Extension Lecturer (Computer Science), which is lying vacant in Government College, Radour, Yamuna Nagar, in view of guidelines dated 13.07.2018. Petitioner was working on the post of Extension Lecturer/Assistant Professor (Botany) and was relieved due to insufficient workload vide order dated 24.08.2017. Thereafter, respondent No. 2 has issued a letter dated 10.01.2019 (P-4) to respondent No. 3 to adjust the petitioner but till date she has not been joined. She even approached respondent No. 3 by giving representation/email dated 23.01.2019 but no action has been taken till date. In this regard, petitioner has given representation/email dated 23.01.

2019 (P-5) but no action has been taken till date. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case,this petition is disposed of by giving direction to respondent No. 3 to consider the representation/email dated 23.01.2019 (P-5) of the petitioner in accordance with law, only if workload is available and NET qualified candidates are not available. This exercise shall be completed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
