(Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 01.12.2021 passed in CR No.1668 of 2021, vide which the parties were directed to maintain status quo over the disputed property as per the share under their occupation till the partition is effected legally. It is admitted by both the parties that the partition suit is still pending and not finally decided.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have started raising the construction and therefore, the present petition has been filed.
As per the affidavit of respondents No.1 to 3, they have stopped the construction immediately.
Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
