After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners intend to approach the respondents for the redressal of their grievance by filing a fresh representation and the respondents be directed to decide the said representation in a time bound manner by passing an appropriate speaking order. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that in case any representation is received from the petitioners, the same will be decided within a period of eight weeks of the receipt of any such representation by passing an appropriate speaking order.
