The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.198 dated 12.09.2019 registered under Sections 66(A), 66(C), 66(E), 67(A) Information Technology Act, 2000, Section 12 of the POCSO Act and Sections 120-B, 506, 509 IPC at Police Station Sector 14, Panchkula. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner herein would contend that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the said matter and prays for stay of his arrest.

In pursuance to notice of motion order issued by this Court, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State, on instructions from SI Vijay, would contend that the matter has been investigated and in fact, a cancellation report has already been preferred, which is pending consideration before the senior officers.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties and in view of the PANKAJ KUMAR 2021.07.12 17:48 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
