**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) The petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 306 dated 14.9.2019 under Section 20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Chandimandir, District Panchkula. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been arrested on 14.9.2019 and recovery of 35 kgs. of ganja was effected while the petitioner was sitting on the pillion seat of the motor-cycle which was being driven by his father co-accused Sultan. He further submits that even as per the report of Radiologist dated 22.12.2019, the age of the petitioner is 18 to 19 years.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Ram Karan, submits that FSL report has been received. Charges have been framed and the prosecution witnesses are yet to be examined. The petitioner has been in custody since 14.9.2019. Without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate.
