Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) This petition has been filed inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to take a clarificatory decision on the letter dated 04.10.2023, Annexure P-1, whereby the Executive Officer of Zila Parishad, Palwal, has sought a clarification regarding appointment of Pump Operator in the village.

It is contended that the clarification sought is pending for the last more than three months, due to which the process of appointment is being delayed.

Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, contends that appropriate decision on the letter dated 04.10.2023, will be taken by the second respondent within two months, and the clarification will be conveyed to the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Palwal.
