The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of appropriate directions to respondents No. 2 and 3 to ensure that multiple enquires be not conducted in the complaint filed by the petitioner bearing UID No. 159506 dated 10.05.2023 (Annexure P-2) 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the mediation has failed and he does not wish to press the present petition and prays for withdrawal of the same as recorded in the order dated 05.02.2024. 3.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
