Challenge in the present petition is to order dated 11.10.2019 passed by learned Principal District Judge, Family Court, Rohtak, whereby application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. filed by the respondents has been partly allowed and petitioner has been directed to pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- to the respondents, from the date of filing the application. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has since expired and therefore, he prays that present petition may be disposed of as such. 3.
