Present petition has been filed praying for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.463, dated 24.10.2024, under Sections 21, 22 and 29 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station City Barnala, District Barnala. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender and file an appropriate application before the trial Court. He further prays that direction be issued to learned trial Court to decide his bail application in a time bound manner. 3.

Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. In case the petitioner surrenders before the concerned Court and applies for regular bail within seven days from today, then the Court concerned would decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law.
