The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 17.10.2018 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Dasuya whereby an application for stay of the civil suit was dismissed.

As per the E-Courts website, District Courts Hoshiarpur the main civil suit itself stands partly decreed vide judgment and decree dated 12.03.2020 passed by the Trial Court concerned and hence the present petition has since been rendered infructuous. 3.
