, -./ Challenge in the present petition is to the order of framing of the charge dated 30.09.2019 passed by the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalandhar in case FIR No. 116 dated 10.07.2018 registered under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Sadar Jalandhar, District Jalandhar and for quashing the impugned order dated 23.11.2021 passed by the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Jalandhar in CRR No. 428 of 2019 alongwith all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.
