(ORAL) Petitioners have approached this Court under Article 227 of Constitution of India for modifying the impugned order dated 24.11.2020 (Annexure P-3) passed by Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Kurukshetra, vide which an application moved by the petitioners for releasing the entire amount of FDRs in the names of petitioners has been partly allowed, but only 50% amount has been ordered to be released to the petitioners. 2.

For the reasons stated in the petition and the same being not opposed by respondent No.2/Insurance Company, the prayer for disbursement of balance of 50% amount, kept in the F.D.R pursuant to order dated 24.11.2020(Annexure P-3) passed by this Court, is accepted. 3.
