The matter has been taken up through video conferencing in the light of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Learned State counsel has sent list of 26 cases pending against the present petitioner through E-mail, hardcopy whereof, has been placed on record.

At this stage, when learned counsel for the petitioner could gather that this Court is not inclined to grant relief of regular bail, she made submission for withdrawal of the present petition. In view of the submission so made, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
