SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel submits that as per enquiry made by police regarding which the report has been submitted in connected CRA-S No. 1450-SB of 2005, Mehmood Khan has since died. Learned counsel for the appellant also submits that appellant Mehmood Khan has been died.

In view of the submissions of learned counsel for the appellant and learned State counsel, this appeal filed by the appellant Mehmood Khan is disposed off due to death of appellant with liberty to his legal heirs to get it revived, if so desired.
