*** RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.111 dated 19.05.2018, registered under Sections 323, 324, 336, 148, 149 IPC and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959 (for short, "Act") (Section 336 IPC and Sections 25/27 of Act deleted and Sections 325, 326 IPC added subsequently) at Police Station Tanda, Hoshiarpur (P-1) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise (P-3).
Pursuant to order dated 04.02.2019 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court on 15.03.2019 along with receipt of `15,000/- to get their statements recorded. Learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Dasuya, has submitted her report vide letter bearing No.215 dated 03.04.2019 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, SONIKA 2019.04.09 17:56 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh Hoshiarpur, vide Endst. No.9993 dated 03.04.2019.
CRM-M-4910 of 2019 --2-- According to the report, ld. Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Dasuya, is satisfied that a genuine compromise has been effected between the petitioners and respondents No.2 and 3. No accused has been declared as proclaimed offender.
Considering the report of ld. Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Dasuya, dated 03.04.2019 and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, aforesaid FIR No.111 dated 19.05.2018 along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioners only.
Disposed of accordingly.
