Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in one of the cases i.e. CRM-M-4508-2019, cancellation report has been presented before the Court concerned, as such the same has been rendered infructuous, however, the other cases, challans are yet to be presented.

Learned State counsel submits that the challan has been prepared in the said cases on 10.06.2023 and shall be presented before the Court concerned within a period of 1 month.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to raise all pleas before the Court below at appropriate stage.
