This is a revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 15(5) of the East Punjab Urban Rent Restriction Act, 1949 for setting aside the order dated 06.02.2018 (Annexure P-11) passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Chandigarh, vide which the application filed by the petitioners under Order 1 Rule 10 read with Section 151 CPC for impleading the petitioners in the eviction petition had been dismissed.

It has been brought to the notice of this Court that vide order dated 19.09.2025, the main petition itself has been dismissed in default and thus, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and be disposed of as such.

Disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. 4.

Liberty is granted to the petitioners to revive the same in case the main petition is restored or any cause survives. 5.
