(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.104 dated 10.07.2021, under Section 307 read with Section 34 IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Verka, District Police Commissionerate Amritsar. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to earlier order dated 03.02.2023 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation and has fully cooperated in the same. 3.
Learned State counsel, per his instructions from ASI Gurjinder Singh, submits that petitioner has joined investigation and in view of ASHISH 2023.07.07 16:14 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order
CRM-M-5681-2023(O&M) cooperation rendered by him, no custodial interrogation of petitioner is required.

In view of the above, since custodial interrogation of petitioner is no more required and he has already joined investigation and cooperated with the investigating officer, present petition is allowed. Order dated 03.02.2023 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to petitioner complying with provisions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
