The learned counsel representing the petitioner admits that in view of the Division Bench Judgement rendered in Sugan Chand Saini v. Senior Sub Judge, Narnaul 1996 PLJ 356, the election petition without a receipt of ₹250/- has correctly been dismissed by the trial Court. 2.
Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no ground is made out to interfere with the impugned order. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed.
