(Oral) Mr. Satbir Rathore, Advocate representing respondent Nos.1 to 3 stated that the suit was filed by the plaintiff Kuldeep Singh and others which has been dismissed in default on 29.11.2021 and for the last 2 years no application has been filed to restore the same. Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that in view of the aforesaid statement, he does not want to pursue the present civil revision and withdraws the same with the liberty that in case any application is filed for the restoration of the suit then he will seek appropriate remedy for filing application for the revival of the present civil revision. In view of the aforesaid statement, the revision stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
