The prayer made in the present petition is for quashing the Notification dated 01.06.2023, whereby the pay of the petitioners has been fixed. 2.

Learned counsel submits that regarding the claim as raised in the present petition, representations dated 29.02.2024 and 18.10.2024, Annexures P-9 and P-10, have been submitted, however, the same have yet not evoked any response. He thus, on instructions prays that a direction may be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 3.

In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representations dated 29.02.2024 and 18.10.2024, expeditiously, in accordance with law.
