Grievance raised by the petitioner is that he was duly selected for the post of PGT Chemistry and his candidature was recommended by respondent no.2 and the petitioner was called for verification of documents on 04.01.2021. Scrutiny was carried out. It is submitted that similarly situated candidates were issued appointment letters, but the same was denied to the petitioner. When the petitioner made enquiries, he was orally told that as he has secured his qualification from a University of another State, appointment is not being afforded. Learned counsel submits that another candidate who has secured qualification from the same University i.e.,
