RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking directions to respondent Nos.2 and 5 to initiate a fair and proper investigation and for registration of FIR against respondents No.6 and 7. It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners would be satisfied if their representations, dated 17.11.2022, Annexures P-1 to P-3, are decided in a time-bound manner. Notice of motion to official respondents only. On asking of the Court, Mr.Sandeep Kumar, DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State. After hearing the counsel for the parties and going through the record, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3, i.e. Commissioner of Police, Amritsar, Punjab, to look into the MEENU 2023.02.21 13:16 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
