**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the order dated 16.01.2019 (Annexure P-9), vide which the promotional orders of the petitioner dated 16/22.03.2018, were withdrawn.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the grievance of petitioners No.1, 3 and 4 have already been redressed and thus, he does not want to press this petition qua them. Learned State counsel does not dispute the aforesaid fact. Dismissed not pressed qua petitioners No.1, 3 and 4. At this stage, learned State counsel submits that the respondent-Department is in the process of considering the claim of petitioner No.2, namely, Sanjay Rathee, on the same lines as with petitioners No.1, 3 and 4.

CWP-2752-2019 (O&M) -2Upon this, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the decision on the claim of petitioner No.2 be taken within a stipulated time frame.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. In view of the above and without going into the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with directions to respondent No.2-Director General, Secondary Education, Haryana, to decide the claim of petitioner No.2, within a period of 8 weeks, from the receipt of the certified copy of this order, by passing a detailed speaking order, in accordance with law.

Till the time, the claim of petitioner No.2 is not finalized, the operation of the order dated 31.01.2019 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, shall remain in force.
