(Oral) The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wishes to withdraw the present petition in terms of the report of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalandhar, dated 03.09.2022 wherein he has stated that some of the effected parties (Satwant Singh and Amandeep Kaur-victims) have not been arrayed as party-respondents, with liberty to file a fresh petition after impleading all the effected parties as party respondents. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
