At the outset, learned State counsel, on instructions from Sh. Harwinder Singh, ASI, states that pension amount has been released to the petitioner vide Pay Order Invoice No.2212001046, dated 05.12.2022. 2.
In support of his contention, learned State counsel has produced the photocopy of the said pay Order dated 05.12.2022, in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. Office to tag the same at appropriate place.

Thus, learned State counsel submits that since the grievance of the petitioner, as raised in the writ petition has been redressed, therefore, present writ petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such.

Considering the statement of learned State counsel, present writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
