(Oral) On 04.12.2019 the following order was passed : "The instant civil revision has been filed by an unsuccessful landlord whose plea for ejectment on the ground of personal necessity was dis-believed by the Appellate Authority by setting aside the judgment and order dated 29.09.2015 of the Rent Controller, Kaithal. This case is pending in this Court since past two years. It would be worth noting that no one has put in appearance on the last date of hearing and consequently in the interest of justice, the case was adjourned for 04.12.2019. Even today, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners.

However, the matter is adjourned to 25.02.2020, granting one more opportunity to learned counsel for the petitioners to address arguments, failing which the petition shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution."
