***** HARSH BUNGER J. (ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing impugned order dated 19.12.2024 (Annexure P-12), passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Fatehabad. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, learned Deputy Commissioner, Fatehabad has passed another order and therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedies against the fresh order passed by the learned Deputy Commissioner, Fatehabad.

Neither the freshly passed order by the learned Deputy Commissioner, Fatehabad, nor the details thereof has been provided by learned counsel for the petitioner.

Be that as it may, keeping in view the statement made at bar by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

It goes without saying that in case any fresh order has been passed by the learned Deputy Commissioner, Fatehabad, the petitioner would be entitled to avail his remedies against the same, in accordance with law.
