PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking direction to respondent No.2 for transferring the investigation to State Crime Branch, Haryana in case FIR No.302 dated 01.09.2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/467/468/471/406/ 120-B IPC, at Police Station Bawani Khera.

State Counsel appearing on advance notice on instructions submits that the police report already stands filed against one Vishnu Chauhan.

In view of aforesaid fact that once the police report has been filed remedy of the petitioner if any shall lie before the Trial Court only, the present petition is dismissed.
